Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided that:
Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed
Items are returned in their original condition and packaging
Tags and labels remain attached
No stains, odours, damage, or alterations are present
This applies to:
T-shirts
Hoodies
Tracksuits
Jumpers
Polos
Caps and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Sale or clearance items
Custom or personalised products
Items returned outside the return window
Products that show signs of wear or washing
If you receive:
damaged product,
or the wrong order,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number,
clear photos of the issue,
and a description of the problem.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.
How to Return an Item
Include:
Your full name
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days
You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
different sizes,
colours,
or replacement items (subject to stock availability).
Late or Missing Refunds
