Return Policy

At Chosen Clothing, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have the right to return it.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.

• To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings unless they are faulty.

Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds will include the price paid for the item(s) and the outbound standard delivery cost (if charged), in line with your legal rights.

• We will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of posting.

• Please note: any upgraded delivery services (e.g., next day or express shipping) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In this case, return costs will be covered by us.

• You are entitled to a full refund or replacement for faulty goods within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
